TREE SERVICE / REMOVAL ESTIMATE GUIDE
As the title indicates, this is only a pricing guide. Each particular project may have factors to be considered and will affect the price accordingly (proximity of power lines, any known underground lines, buildings, fences, special equipment needs, etc.).
Good Stewards Custom Lumber reserves the right to deny accepting any project prior to a signed agreement. Good Stewards Custom Lumber will primarily engage itself in tree removals of dead or threatening trees (dying, overhanging homes, etc.) for their use as lumber. Trees deemed nuisance (Brazilian pepper, palm trees, etc.) or tree trimmings will most likely be passed over. Any permits for clearing live trees, if needed, will be the responsibility of the property owner.

Depending upon various factors, rates may be increased due to risk factors or property owner’s special requests requiring tree climbing or special equipment use. Work will not proceed until a rate has been agreed upon by both parties involved (Good Stewards Custom Lumber and property owner) and a signed agreement has been enacted.
Tree service rates include any equipment and fuel charges, felling and removal of tree bole (trunk) leaving a stump (height based on Good Stewards Custom Lumber’s determination), and removal of branches. Stump removal is extra and will be priced separately.
Use of equipment such as climbing spikes and heavy equipment will be confirmed prior to a signed agreement.
A minimum of $500.00 per worksite is required.
