Tree service:
GSCL primarily focuses on removing dead, dying, or damaged trees for use in milling into lumber.
For this reason, GSCL will most likely pass over jobs requiring trimming of trees or removing those unusable as lumber (palm trees, Brazilian Pepper, etc.). In the event of a storm, however, Good Stewards Custom Lumber will make every effort to assist our neighbors in cleaning up their yards to restore safety and return to as normal a life as possible after a devastating hurricane or thunderstorm.

GSCL is capable of milling standard or custom lumber sizes up to 8" in width/depth. GSCL can currently mill up to 20' long boards/beams and plans to upgrade the mill's length to mill up to 30' or more, if enough demand is shown. In addition to rough cut lumber, GSCL is able to mill logs up to 5' in diameter from which a center slab may be milled for use as a single piece the entire width of the original log. Pieces like this may be used for single-piece table tops or counter spaces.

GSCL has certain items on hand for sale such as benches, coffee tables, dining tables, aquarium stands, bookshelves, picnic tables, and bird houses. Beyond this, if you desire a particular item, let us know and we will be happy to work with you in constructing a custom piece of furniture for your home. We are working very hard to get photos on this site, but if you want some photos of our work emailed to you, let us know! |
